Guest Wi-Fi, business broadband and backup connections for hotels, guesthouses, pubs, restaurants and caravan parks. Designed, installed and supported by Chillwifi.
One router at reception does not reach every room, the bar and the garden. Guests notice, and they mention it in reviews.
Handing out the main Wi-Fi password puts your tills, bookings and staff devices on the same network as everyone else.
When a full house streams video, card machines and online bookings can slow down with it. Guest traffic needs its own limits.
If the internet drops during service, you cannot take payments. A backup connection keeps you trading.
Campsites, caravan parks, estates and outbuildings need coverage across a large area, not just one building.
Free Wi-Fi is a chance to build your mailing list and send guests to your website or booking page.
Everything is planned for your venue, installed by us and supported afterwards. You deal with one company.
If guests, customers or visitors expect Wi-Fi when they walk in, we can set it up properly.
Call, message or use the quote button. Tell us what you run, how big it is and what is not working now.
We look at your layout and plan where the access points, cabling and links need to go.
We install the network, guest login page and backup connection, and test everything before we leave.
Add monitoring and support so most issues are fixed remotely, with a visit only when it is needed.
Broadband, Wi-Fi, cabling, backup and support from one company, so there is one number to call.
Yes. Guests connect to their own network, which is isolated from your tills, booking systems and staff devices. Your business network stays private.
Yes. We plan the number and position of access points for your layout and can link outbuildings, lodges or pitches with wireless links where cabling is not practical.
Yes. We install data cabling and access points together, so there is one visit and one company responsible for the result.
With a backup connection such as Starlink or mobile broadband, the network switches over automatically so card machines and bookings keep working. It is a good fit for any venue that cannot afford to lose its connection during service.
Yes. The guest login page can ask for contact details and include a consent tick box and your own privacy wording. You are responsible for how the data is used, so make sure your sign-up wording and marketing follow GDPR rules.
Not if it is set up properly. We can limit the speed available to each guest so your tills, bookings and staff always have what they need.
Yes. Many EPOS providers capture caller ID through a webhook or API. We connect your VoIP phone system to your provider’s webhook or API, so incoming call details are sent to your EPOS automatically. Ask your EPOS provider whether they support caller ID integration, then tell us who they are and we will work out the setup.
